I have a file here where audio starts in sync with video and then gradually goes out of sync. I have vague memories of Avidemux having frame rate manual setting which could be used to sync the file during muxing. Now I can't find any options to correct sync while muxing. Is this function gone?

"change FPS" video filter exists, but it would be hardly possible to correct audio going progressively out of sync. For more precise recommendation any hard info (MediaInfo output, admlog.txt etc.) regarding the file in question would be welcome.

Here's the mediainfo, have to figure out how to get that admlog.

On Windows: "Help" --> "Advanced" in Avidemux.

Does the differing duration of audio and video streams match the A/V desync with audio getting more and more behind?

What windows, you mean Avidemux window? There is no such item under Help. :-\
