Hi
Im new to Avidemux. Have just downloaded the latest version (running windows 10, 64bit).
I have successfully managed to edit my first clip but am unable to save. I get an error 'you dont have permission to save in this location'
Unable to save to any location or folder on my HD.
I have full admin privileges and have also tried to run avidemux as admin but no matter I am unable to save.
The original is mp4 and output format is set to MP4muxer.
What have a overlooked here? Can anyone help me please.

Try saving into your download folder, see how that works?

That didnt work but Ive since fixed the problem. Looks like Bitdefender ransomware module was blocking Avidemux access to files and folders. I have added Avidemux to safe programs list and it now allows me to save my files without any issues.

Anti virus could pose issue, did forget about this, been ages I worked/looked windows.
