When i trying to start avidemux3_gtk on Ubuntu 14.04 i386 it fails with:

Code (bash) Select

avidemux3_gtk: error while loading shared libraries: libADM_toolkitGtk.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Where i can find this libADM_toolkitGtk.so lib file?

Nowhere. GTK GUI for Avidemux is long as dead, use the Qt one and build yourself from git master (http://avidemux.org/smif/index.php/topic,18182.0.html).
