Rebuilding index of MP4 file crashes avidemux 2.5

So I have some mp4 files whose index need to be rebuild when opened but that causes avidemux to crash.

What to do about it?

Try with 2.6 experimental, if you're working with a 2.5.#.

You can also try mp4box+yamb for remuxing of those files.
