There is a problem with Persian/Farsi fonts. That the letters, do not connect to each other.
That's how it looks like when previewing:

:(
And this is how it should seem (VLC is showing the subtitles correctly):

;)

So Do you think you can fix it please?
I have already tired other fonts (Persian fonts) but it didn't work at all.
Thanks in advance.

Does it work better with 2.6 ?
Yes, it does!!! I didn't know that there are beta versions,
The Problem is just fixed!
but you know in the 2.6 version,
the H.264 error is taken care of,
but it takes 3 or 4 hours or more to save the video in that profile (Mpeg4 AVC X264)
and in the 2.5 version, I'd choose MPEG-4 AVC,
So, I'm not sure what profile should I choose.
So can you guide me by it?
and also I can only add .ass subtitles, will you guys Support Sub/Idx and also .srt Files? because I have some movies that the Subtitles are in Idx format and you probably know that is not possible to convert Idx subs to .Srt (just in Persian) because the OCR isn't available for Persian.
That was all I needed.
Thank you so much for noticing the beta version.
