2.6.1 RPM issue

A bit trivial, but annoying! I normally use Slackware, so building RPM's is a bit alien to me! But I have a "hack" machine running Mageia 2 x86_64. I installed 2.6.0 without any problems, but trying to upgrade to 2.6.1 has had me tearing my hair out! It appears that the RPM header incorrectly identifies 2.6.1 as 2.6.0, which completely borks any attempt to upgrade. It even stops you removing the 2.6.0 install from the command line. It took me ages to work out how to get rid of the old installation so that it would allow me to install 2.6.1! (I eventually managed it from the GUI!)
