I've already reported this problem a while ago here concerning Version 2.6.5. Yesterday I tried to encode a fraps recording with the most recent (non nightly) 2.6.7 Version. The fraps footage is being loaded but the preview shows fudged colors (Swap U/V filter helps, but I noticed that Avidemux 2.5.6 gets it right out of the box). Unfortunately it is not possible to cut the footage using 2.6.7, the slider simply won't move and trying to recode the footage uncut (to h.264, MP3, MKV) will result in a crash (I tried both the 32 and 64Bit Version both behave exactly the same). For the time being I helped myself using 2.5.6 although I'm missing some settings and codecs 2.6 offers. Is there any chance of getting this issue fixed in the 2.6.7 or 2.6.X version?

The Fraps version I used was 3.5.99 Build 15618
Fraps settings:
30fps
Record Win7 Sound
Record external input (stereo)

I captured around 3 minutes of footage. The resulting file was around 2.7GiB big.
