- in search add Ubuntu & brand of your computer.
- most likely you can ignore Conexant ID 2c06 (Modem and perhaps internal micro)

Hi,
looking for a light Distro for my Dell MINI-9.

Works fine

but its now on the USB Stick..

But how do I install it from the USB to HD ??

Very careful, if you want to leave other OS on the hard disc.
Easiest would be dual boot to another (2nd) hard disc like drive 1, leave drive 0 ( original OS).
If you never done this before look fro computer geek, familiar with windows/linux, who has done this before.
Could be troublesome with windows.
If just Linux on the Dell MINI-9. create another primary partition and clone USB disk to new partition:
