Test with:
whilst recoding, you could try applying filter resample FPS

thx but, I'm already doing that:
actually I have a video at 59fps, I apply filters this way:

Resample to PAL or less
Change to 200
Resample to PAL

in this way I can change the first resample value to get more or less speed, but its everytime a try and a waste of time and power.
what I am looking for is exactly like in vdub: before to start the encode I have to know which fps will match the audio duration.

don't use Change FPS use Resample FPS

Change FPS = change duration of video.
Resample FPS = change and enforce FPS. Keep duration and sync.

Can't help you with video dub transition to avidemux
- I'm not on windows
- never used video dub

with resample only I can't get my video speeds up... how do I speed up videos?

for example in this case my video is at 59fps, I resample it at pal, then I convert to 200 to speed up, then I have to resample to pal. like this:
