I got a lot of .mp4 video file, decided to cut some part and apply some filter.
The result is a same quality video without che cut part and less space occupied, of course.

Until now i've used the preset Mpeg4AVC(x264) + Mp4v2Muxer + copy audio for "output" but this way the GPU is not active and the CPU take a very long time to finish the work.

So i switched to preset NvidiaH264 + Mp4v2Muxer + copy audio for "output", but the result is a very large file, like 3 times the original.

Someone know what settings do i need to use to mantain the same video/audio/size of the original file ?

NVENC doesn't allow to achieve compression rates comparable to x264.

Understood. So as a matter of fact there is no pratical use atm for NvidiaH264 ?

If not avidemux, maybe some other software i can use?

mean

The main point is its speed
If you prefer quality over speed, no interest in NVH264
