Hello,

I have movie A in 2 files:

  • the first has EN audio with a frame rate of 50 in 1080P,
  • The second has NL audio with a frame rate of 23.985 in 450p

How can i add the audio of the second file to the first file with keeping the quality and audio of the first, only add another audio track to it.

I have Avidemux 2.6
Greathings christophe

zakk

mux them with mkvtoolnix, I'm sure mkv containers can handle this.

Could work. Never done this, that way.
If there is an issue with shifted audio in Dutch track. Use audacity. drag & drop onto: audacity (windows requires audacity FFmpeg import/export library, found on Optional Downloads)

drag drop 1st video onto audacity: original soundtrack is loaded in audacity.
drag drop 2nd video onto audacity: 2nd soundtrack is loaded.
now you can watch(wave representation of audio) and listen to the audio and match the starting point of 2nd track.
either by deleting audio in front or inserting silence for the required duration.
Easiest probably by adding 3rd stereo track, to create silence on. drag 2nd audio track left or right to match 1st audio track.
When track 2 and 3 are ligned up against track one.
Delete track 1 (original soundtrack)
Save remaining audio tracks as "Dutch" (export audio).
Close audacity.

Load 1st video into avidemux.
Leave Video Output: [Copy]
Now from avidemux Menu: Select Track
Set Track 2 [V] Enabled.
Click on [Track 0  from video (.....) and select [.... Add audio track] and browse to the audacity saved audio track "Dutch"

If you want you can select in [Unknown] the language label for the track (English/Dutch).
Save the video, and you should have 2 synced audio tracks in you video.

If you want  The Dutch track 1st in video, follow above procedure avidemux Menu: Select Track
but load Track 1 with the audacity saved audio track "Dutch"
Set Track 2 [V] Enabled. and select there  (track 2) [Track 0 from video (....)
save video, that's it

in audacity the track is not supported,

the files are the same but with another frame rate, when i play the output it works with the original files but when i select the new audio track the audio starts on the same point but gets a delay and that delay goes bigger and bigger.

How can i set the audio that i add to the same fps as the video?

Load second video into avidemux.
Avidemux Menu: Audio: Save Audio: Dutch

If you can't load Audio from 1st video by drag and drop into audacity:

Load 1st video into Avidemux.
Avidemux Menu: Audio: Save Audio: English

load English track into Audacity
load Dutch track into Audacity
adjust Dutch track so it matches the English audio track: sounds and time. Don't touch English track
when Dutch audio is lined up against English track.
Close English audio track and export Dutch audio track.

open 1 st video, add Dutch audio track, save video.
That should be it.

I have no clue how to solve this, as you want with 5.1 Dolby tracks.

- You need 1st to match 2nd video to 1 st video, adjust for frame rate re-encode video.
- Once they are the same frame rate.
- Then you can try exporting Dutch audio track and import exported Dutch audio track in to English video.

PS. don't check audio sync in avidemux player, use standalone media player or VLC

Are the sample rates of the audio tracks the same? Audio is not timed in FPS like video, it is timed in samples per second. I'm no audiophile but you could search for an audio sample rate converter, if the sample rates are different. Making the sample rates the same might help.
