Hey all, I've been trying to squeeze the most quality out of the encoder possible and decided to try the latest version which has changed from mpeg2video to mpeg2 (ff). I'm using a 45GB UYVY(4:2:2) file, 55mins long 29.970fps/640x360 sar/dar 1.778(16:9) and par 1.000(1:1) Multipary OpenDML AVI (5 parts) with PCM audio 44100Hz.

2.5.6 can encode with mpeg2video and Mp2(lav) Audio settings (format MPEG-PS (A+V)) but I cannot make 2.6.4 encode with MP2lav, no matter what settings I tried (48Khz or Remix Stereo). I tried the AC3(lav) at 224 and 48khz, but when I went to use DVDStyler to import the new mpg, the program gave me error messages and the resulting ISO was unplayable (started playing but glitched and crashed. 2.5.6.'s output never did)

warning messages said:
WARN: Discontinuity of 1 in audio channel 0; please remultiplex input.
WARN: Previous sector: 30.818 - 30.882
WARN: Current sector: 30.882 - 30.946
WARN: Audio pts for channel 0 moves backwards by 1; please remultiplex input.

I was hoping to use the ffmpeg encoder as I hear that's better but I really want to use MP2 if possible, as the mix dvd's will be played in my bosses' car dvd player. The joys of being a video DJ, lol.

Thanks so much for working on this program and I'd be happy to provide any extra details to solve the issue!

Also I noted that if you drag the slider all the way to the left, it does not actually bring you to zero. You can only use a button for that. (Worked in 2.5.6.)

DVD = don't use 2.6 branch, use 2.5.6. You can use both alongside.
