How to read output of another program?

After using DaVinci Resolve Light to do some nasty color correction, I can't figure out  how to write the result in an uncompressed format that Avidemux can read!  I want to run denoise filters and do the x264 encoding using Avidemux.  I tried AVI YUV 422 8, AVI RGB 10b, and QuickTime RGB 8b.

I see Avidemux (Win 64 bit) had avisynth mentioned in the installer, so I suppose there are even more tools that can be brought to bear now.  So, how do I read one of those files, or convert to one I can read?
