x265 build asking for numa

Last  time I build x265 on 14.04.5, the build asked me for NUMA.

libnuma-dev:

Library to control specific NUMA (Non-Uniform Memory Architecture)
scheduling or memory placement policies.  This package contains
headers and manual pages relating to the library.

Is this something avidemux could take advantage of?
