Video Decoder [Configure]

Avidemux GUI 2.7 on ubuntu 16.04.2 amd64, Qt5, when video is loaded

[Configure] <= is greyed out. Noticed this morning with build 087886c.
Are conditions changed when this available?

What is more confusing ââ,¬â€œ an active button inviting you to push it but doing nothing (or offering options that have no effect) or an inactive button which keeps you from trying to push it? The button will become active if you disable hw accelerated decoding and load a video which gets decoded by the internal lavc.
