Fast settings HEVC under Ubuntu

Currently my Avidemux fastest processing settings with HEVC under Ubuntu:

[Edit] > [Preferences] > [Display]
Video display: [Qt]
[HW Accel]:
[v] Decode video using VDPAU (NVIDIA)
Using Nvidia HEVC

Kernel: 6.8.0-51-generic arch: x86_64 bits: 64
- Intel Core i7-3770
- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 NVIDIA Driver Version: 565.77

Video: 1280 x 720

That is a hell of a high bitrate for 720p output

Switching away from "High Quality" preset, default in Avidemux, to at least "Medium" not mentioning "High Performance" hugely speeds up encoding  when using the "Nvidia HEVC" encoder plugin.
