Has Avidemux changed the output?

I have a USB stick with several videos on it.  I made them all using Avidemux.  They are all MP4, audio is MP3.  If plugged into my Sony Bravia Android TV, they all play just fine.  I just made a new one using Avidemux as always; all the settings* are the same.  But I get an  "unsupported video format" message on the TV screen.  The audio plays but the video does not.  All the other videos made by me play on the TV with no problems.
Has Avidemux made some change in output that makes the result incompatible?
How can I fix this?

Decoder: Lavcodec DXVA2
Video output: Mpeg4 AVC (x264)
Audio output: MP3 (lame)
Output format: MP4 Muxer
