Title: cannot delete the last frame for A-B selection

There is a off-by one error for frame deletion. Suppose I want to delete 12345-23456 (inclusive), I have to select 12345-23457 in order to have 12345-23456 delete. This also means that deleting the last frame of the video is not possible.
