Title: Bug Question Version 2.7.6
Post by: darkarth on February 20, 2021, 02:11:38 PM
Hello,

I am using windows 7 64 bit. Avidemux Version is 2.7.6.

I have a video that I would like to cut at 1:22:01:000 (Start) and 4:09:54:700 (end).

But the result starts 1 or 2 seconds earier.

I trieed to cut the video again by considering these extra minutes but the video of the second cut has the same length with as the first one.

Can someone tell me what I have to do to cut exactly at 1:22:01:000 ???

If you cut in copy mode, cut points are restricted to keyframes. If 1:22:01.000 is not a keyframe, you cannot cut at this frame in copy mode and have to re-encode the video instead. This is not a limitation of Avidemux but simply the law of math.

In any case, please update to the latest build (vsWin64 or win64).
