How do you do this ?
While Adwaita Qt theme has dark mode support since ages, the screenshot looks like the default "Fusion" theme in dark mode, so I join your question.
The macOS / cocoa Qt theme has dark mode support without critical bugs since a year or two, it is just the "Vista" Windows theme left behind, at least with Qt5.
The essence of szlldm's reply is that it is an enhancement which needs to be implemented in Qt, not by us.
on linux i use
export QT_STYLE_OVERRIDE=fusion
change "fusion" to whatever you like
i just tried this and it wont work with appimage, as its apprun script override the env var :(
This is on purpose to have something which is known to work.
Does Fusion have dark mode support now?
The included image is from a google search (it was easier than attach own screenshot).
Any way to turn on dark mode on Windows?
This is still a work in progress in the GUI toolkit we use (Qt), the corresponding upstream bug for reference: https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-72028.
Found a workaround for Windows 10 here:

Just load style.qss into the folder with Avidemux and add in the properties of the Avidemux shortcut:
-stylesheet = style.qss
The only bad thing is that the selected segment merges with the background.
This style looks good too:
