Hi.
I have tried and succeed to use Hanbrake and x264 with aq=3:0.75
Same x264 configuration produces aq=2:0.75 in Avidemux 2.6.14
Why does Avidemux ignore AQ mode 3 ?
Thx.
Any plans to include aq_mode 3 in Avidemux GUI ?
No plans, just done (https://github.com/mean00/avidemux2/commit/df69a8d46906dbe3fb6aae8b29657dcb2e826f26).
Thank you for pointing this out.
Thank you very much!

Any info about some milestone version it will be implemented in?
If it was unclear, this is already implemented, will be available in the next nightly (and, obviously, in all future releases) to be built. Refresh of nightlies requested a while ago, will happen once the maintainer finds a bit of spare time.

Thx once again!
Fresh nightlies are now available:
Windows 64 bits MinGW (https://avidemux.org/nightly/win64/) (r200312, I guess both builds are code- and env-wise identical)
Linux 64 bits appImage (https://avidemux.org/nightly/appImage4/)
macOS (https://avidemux.org/nightly/osx_catalina/)
