Hi there,

I am trying to downscale an 8K(7680x3840) video to 4K (3840x1920) but swsResize goes to max. 28% (2900x1450).
So my request is the ability to handle UHD rescaling with either swsResize or another scaler.

The limit of the swsResize video filter is 4096:2160 if you use a sufficiently recent build of Avidemux. However, support for 8K in Avidemux is not on radar for now, swsResize is not a problem here.
