Title: Crash when opening MP4

Steps to reproduce:

1) Open https://rapidshare.com/files/846234364/fpstest.ts
2) Save as MP4v2
3) Open the saved MP4

Developer(s) are aware of the issue: Avidemux 2.6.0 r8289 crashes by opening a former with avidemux cutted HD file (http://avidemux.org/smuf/index.php/topic,11572.0.html)

should be fixed since today (windows binary not updated yet)

This bug still occurs even with the latest build.
