Title: How to make UI settings persistent (2.6.911)
Post by: golinux on December 31, 2015, 08:12:21 PM
Newly complied 2.6.911 running on Devuan.  Took a while to fix the alsa lockup problem and now finally able to edit some video.

So I set up the UI to hide the Main toobar (fewer bright blue icons to look at) and the volume slider (which has never worked for me so why look at it) and the audio metre (ditto).  Looks good!  Then the next time I open the app I have to do it all over again.  UGH!  Is there a way to make these settings persistent?

Well that sux.  Any possibility you might add that option?  Or allow it to be set manually in a user config?
