so that could use the latest ffmpeg version,
could hand-edit the commands (e.g. use codec options the avidemux's UI not yet support)

- could still use avidemux while ..
- could have it run in the background seperately
- batch it for later

Avidemux is not a frontend to a CLI ffmpeg, so almost for sure it won't happen.
