Title: Avidemux 2.6 and MPEG-2 Elementary Video Stream .m2v

There is no problem in Avidemux 2.5 with .m2v files, but still not supported in 2.6.
"Cannot find a demuxer for..."
Always must change container format first, what is really unnecessary laborious.

Is it possible to add support for .m2v files soon?

Maybe no time base codes included in an video stream?
