Title: Can I skip step with indexind

Hello I need to slice huge amount of videos. I want to skip these step with indexing and create myvideo.mp4.idx2 files just these loose time. I See some videos have and some don't have they are absolutely same format and I don't understand why the program create myvideo.mp4.idx2 files. Thank You.

If it creates an idx2,  it means the file is not a mp4 file but a ts or a ps file renamed

Okay but when I open the file with GSpot for example I see avc codec , H 264 ,  mp4a: MPEG-4 Audio , mp4 base media v1 , v2 ... etc.

Very basic non technical explanation:
H264 encoded needs index, other ways you can't navigate through the video or make cuts. MP4 is a container, where you can put different encoded video in. It is the encoding that determines how the video is handled by avidemux.
