Title: macOS - interface - dock
Post by: riji on February 14, 2024, 01:30:48 PM
Would it be possible (when time permits) to position the home screen of the Avidemux app so that it is bordered (at the bottom) by the macOS Dock? (now it goes up to the screen edge, requiring repositioning)
thanks

What is the benefit moving the window farther away from the global menu? This extends mouse travel distance. Please explain the rationale behind your request.

What really bothers me is that Avidemux window is not automatically repositioned anymore to avoid part of it extending beyond the right edge of the screen after loading a video. I'll try to address this nuisance rather sooner than later.

Now if I approach this phenomenon solution-oriented, I would ask to start with the Avidemux window in the upper left corner. Then with my 5K screen proportionally I'm always right.
