Hi@all,
downloaded the new v2.6.0 this morning und wanted to configure my x.264 settings from Avidemux 2.5 but some of the x.264 settings are greyed out. In my case iÃ,´d like to increase the Maximum Motion Vector Search Range and enable the Loop Filter but thats not possible. :-/
Can anyone tell me why these are deactivated and if i could turn them back on somehow? ^^
Thanx.
Chris
edit: and i donÃ,´t figure out how to show my stored jobs. The old option "View Joblist" is gone. :-/
1) 2.6 is time based operation and not frame based. That could explain why some are grayed out. On a main option some are not changeable as these are not allowed. Others are a developers choice. We users don't have a way to change these. Developers can in source code.
2) When you start jobs separately/standalone? don't use it myself.
start jobs separately:
/usr/bin/avidemux3_jobs
The settings you have listed above are no longer greyed out in avidemux 2.6 and 2.7 once the following patch is applied. Once this patch makes it to avidemux trunk, you will be able to use these settings in the nightly build without having to apply the patch yourself.

Thanks.
