Wll i guess the headline tells everything - Try to open a MTts-file encoded from MakeMKV but the sound which is in the DTS format is not recognised
My vers. is 2.7.1
In plugins/ audio - libdca is not listed
Please delete the *.idx2 file and retest with the latest nightly (https://avidemux.org/nightly/). If the problem persists, please provide a sample.
libdca should not be needed.
Thanks - I guess the right version for me (running Win 10 pro) is "avidemux_2.7.1 r190210_win64.exe"
Yes, either this one or the 190211 one from https://avidemux.org/nightly/vsWin64/
The win64 is cross-built on Linux, the other one built with MS Visual Studio on Windows.
Sorry to tell that the problem still persists (with build 190211, deleting old idx2), how will I provide a sample (Of the sourcefile?? I have not yet made any file from the source)
Please split it e.g. with http://www.hjsplit.org or a similar tool in 100 MiB large chunks and provide the first one using WeTransfer, Mega, Dropbox, Google Drive or a similar service. Thanks.
Please see PM
Thank you, confirming that Avidemux doesn't handle DTS audio in mpegts yet.
OK
Should be fixed by [demuxers/MpegTS] Handle DTS audio track, code copied from the MpegPS demuxer (https://github.com/mean00/avidemux2/commit/110dfe4a87160e6d9e8985cf32468bc3421762b0), please try a future nightly.
Fresh nightlies (https://avidemux.org/nightly/win64/) have been uploaded, please try r190225.
