It was build on moutain lion, that might be the problem
THANKS!
I am on OS X 10.8.3.
First run : Main window comes up, than app crashed
I then deleted ALL pref + caches from that app (using Appclean)
Second run: Main window comes up and - NO CRASH anymore.
Perhaps also 10.7.x works if you delete the app pref + caches of the app (means old prefs for 2.5.x app) - at least possible if the mainwindow of the app comes up for s short time. If the app doesnt start at all then it will be an 10.8.0 needed crash in your case.
I will now try the functions - THANKS very much!!!
I asked in an other thread about an 2.6 build but get answer its not possible because some individial dependences and only homebruw build can be maked.

That's not true, you asked why anyone wouldn't zip upload the homebrew version for sharing. Building an app is rather a different and much more difficult task.
Quote from: mitchdeWould be great if someone, which used that homebrew stuff to compile also UPLOAD it (zipped)
