Hello:
I have two questions:
1. How to split a video into two seperate files with Avidemux?
2. Is it possible to censor sound in parts of a video with Avidemux?
I know no way to to the second one, but for the first:
Simply mark the area of the part you want to save with the help of the A and B marker and use "copy" for video and audio settings. Then you can save the chosen part of the with the menu entry of the same name (=save) in the first main menu (=File):
http://www.avidemux.org/admWiki/doku.php?id=using:cutting (http://www.avidemux.org/admWiki/doku.php?id=using:cutting)
I understood from this link, that I need to mark the begining of the first part I want to save with A and the end of the first part with B, and than save the video, then only the marked part will be saved, then repating this action with the second part of the video.
Thanks.

No
As for question 2: Is there free (Open source recommended) program, that can censor sound in my videos?
Can I censor sound in my Youtube videos using Youtube Video Editor?
use audacity or mp3directcut for mp3 & mp2.
I mean a program that I can censor parts of the soundtrack without seperating it from the video to MP3, censoring part of it without seeing the video itself to see where I located in the video, and reinsert the soundtrack back to the video manually.
Not a chance.
