Title: remove audio from a video?
Post by: slats7 on March 30, 2014, 02:46:36 PM
I Googled it but all the advice was for the older versions of Avidemux (when there was a "main track" option). How do I do this in 2.6? Thanks.

audio track -> disable all

I don't see a "disable all" option. Here's what I see when I click audio - select track:

When I uncheck the "enabled" boxes and try to save the vid as soundless, it crashes and fails.

fixed, you'll need to wait a bit to have new bbinaries if you dont build it yourself

It's all for naught. I thought I could evade YouTube's copyright detector if I removed the sound from NFL clips, but they caught me. Thanks anyway.
