Do you see the logo "Spiegel Geschichte" on the left side in the video?
AVIdemux doesnÃ,´t show 16:9 aspect ratio correct.
How can i solve this? Video/Zoom didnÃ,´t help.

avidemux is not a video player.
Not checked lately, but AFAIK avidemux simply displays the data as per the storage aspect ratio of your video source.
PC monitor's have a square pixel aspect ratio.
Most likely your video source is defined for non square pixels and is meant to be displayed or scaled to suit.
Your source video is probably anamorphic.
This is normal behaviour for ADM.
