Quick question about filter mechanics:
When a video is already 1280x720 and I add the swsResize Filter with 1280x720 will that impact the speed or the quality of the encoding or will it be just ignored?
PS: The reason is that I want to automate some encodings...
You will exec the resize, it will smooth a bit the video + slowdown
