Title: Saving/loading filters is missing?
Post by: thany on November 28, 2012, 09:00:38 PM
I upgraded from 2.5.6 to 2.6, and I noticed the save and load buttons in the filters screen have gone missing. I found this a very convenient way to load & save a set of filters that I regularly use. But now I can't find where or how to save and load filters. Where do I need to look?

You could use save projects Tinypy and load these and omit references to the loaded video file and markers, until ...? Like shown here: 2.6 audio track switching in job.py (http://avidemux.org/smuf/index.php/topic,10499.0.html)

Probably, but I lost you at "tinypy". It's too complicated for such a mundane task.
It isn't too much to ask for save/load buttons that where there in the previous version, is it?

I'm very curious to the reason this functionality was removed. It's not like it didn't work... There was only a single problem: the directory wasn't correctly remembered. But other than that, a fantastic feature is removed here.

I'm just another user. Just in case you did miss that.
Sorry thany don't like your patronizing attitude at all. Should you not better stay with windows movie maker?

I did not direct all of my previous post at you, but more so at the developers.
Is it strange to not know what tinypy is?

Also, please don't troll. It gets us nowhere.
