Not that I know. If scripts use avidemux cli, use the GUI version.
2 reasons doing so:
Some settings is not picked up with cli.
GUI gives some feedback, when evrything is back working to your licking then use: --nogui (http://www.avidemux.org/admWiki/doku.php?id=tutorial:batch_processing#tips)
