Title: 2.6.9 unable to save file with Chinese filename + x264 encoder

After I upgraded to 2.6.9, I found that I cannot save file with filename [TVB][東京殘響][04][x264_aac].mp4, if I choose x264 as encoder. Seems no problem if I use "copy" as encoder.

Environment: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit, configured as Traditional Chinese as default language and non-unicode setting as Taiwan

are you using 2 pass mode ?

Yes, two pass mode.
