Title: add AAC track issue

Re-encoding audio tracks to aac seems OK
Adding aac (.aac or .m4a) audio track seems to be problematic. (Ubuntu 14.04.4 LTS 64-bit)

Test files:
- mp4 video without audio track NoAudio.mp4 / 3.9 MB (https://www.dropbox.com/s/qlnt8xp9ryy46j5/NoAudio.mp4?dl=0)
- stereo track aac: AudioStereo.aac / 244.4 kB (https://www.dropbox.com/s/yfgfko8lj1e1z5r/AudioStereo.aac?dl=0)
- stereo track m4a: AudioStereo.m4a 239.7 kB (https://www.dropbox.com/s/bltwo1qg33wdnx0/AudioStereo.m4a?dl=0)

What are your findings? Please report back?

External AAC is not supported
