Hello,
I am using Windows 10, Avidemux version 2.7.8.
I opened the wiki tutorial 'Create a video from a still image and an audio file'.
I can open an image in Avidemux, it is at 00:00:00.000
I press Ctrl C Ctrl V and the image is duplicated at 00:00:00.040, then at 00:00:00.080, etc.
How can I insert a second image that is different from the first?
I have 27 different images that I would like to use to make a video.
Avidemux 2.7.8 is ancient. Years old. Download the latest nightly from the link below.

If your images are sequentially ordered, importing the first image should import all images in the sequence.
If you don't want to rename them just duplicate the folder of images and rename/number the duplicates.
Of course, the images should all have the same resolution.
Some additional info.
If you want each image to display for a given duration, the following can be used.
Select a Video Output, then select Filters.
Use Change FPS to set the framerate to 1fps.
If you wanted to display each image for say 4 secs, add a second filter, Resample FPS and set to 100fps (four times 25).
Add a second Change FPS filter and change to 25fps.
Your video will now run at 25fps, displaying each image for four seconds.
Finally, File/Append is the normal method for adding additional videos, but impractical for your needs.
