Title: 2nd audio channel problems
Post by: mart on March 22, 2012, 03:43:32 PM
Dear forum,

I think there is a bug with the handling of the second audio channel with Avidemux for the format "AVI, 2 x audio". When I save a part of a video, the audio data of the second audio channel is badly positioned. E.g.: when I save minute 5 of a video, the video and audio data of the first channel will be right, but the audio data of the second channel will be the first minute of the original video.

I am using Avidemux 2.5.4 with Ubuntu.

Is there a workaround or fix available?

Thanks and best regards

Try upgrading to 2.5.5 or 2.5.6 and let us know if problem persists? Windows 32-bit or 64-bit version can be found here: http://avidemux.razorbyte.com.au/

You could also test 2.6 releases which will have better multiple audio track support.

Ok, I'll check out the newer 2.5x / 2.6 releases.

Thanks so far!
