Title: Can't minimize avidemux while encoding (BUG)

This is annoying because often you want to do something else with your machine while you encode in the background.

While encoding (saving) and clicking the minimize button on the main avidemux window both windows minimize. This is on Ubuntu 12.04 64-bit with current 2.6 QT release r7934.
In Preferences under UserInterface: [ ] Use systray while encoding   is not working. Are you referring to this?

In the win32 version (nightly, 85), I can not minimize avidemux. I do not know if it works for the other OS.
