I'm trying to cut .ts files from adsl tv recording. ie to cut adverts. I've typically files with H264 video, 2 audio flux (AAC) + 2 subtitle flux (teletext). I' like to keep all flux, just removing the beginning, end and some adverts in the middle. I can't find a way for this. tsMuxer would be perfect but don't keep subtitles, as for Avidemux (tried 2.6.0 r7934).
Is there a solution?

Yes, I think you mean http://www.fame-ring.com/smart_cutter.html (http://www.fame-ring.com/smart_cutter.html) and it is the only tool I know of which claims to be able of keeping subtitle streams while cutting them
But until now, it keeps all tracks of the ts file. From a TV-Recording, e.g., it would be cool to select the subtitle and audio tracks needed. Of course I would cool if avidemux could fill the gap.
