i edited video which contains subtitles in it,
but after editing, i produced and played the video, there are no subtitles in it. :'(
how to regain my subtitles?
Extract subtitles before editing. Currently subtitle streams are not kept in containers when processing in avidemux.
Not: subtitles are only very basic supported in avidemux. subtitle streams are dropped when editing. you can only burn subtitle in to the image.
Use separate external .srt files. On computer you can select subtitle track when playing media. On flatscreen TV's with .srt support, you would use the same name as video clip. Example:
ThisIsMyVideo.mp4 <- video
ThisIsMyVideo.srt <- subtitles you want displayed while playing same video.
