Is it possible to cross Avidemux 2.6 for sh4 STM Linux Architecture?

If yes, how?

Is it possible to split Avidemux 2.6 into GUI and the rest and run the GUI under Ubuntu PC and the rest remote on sh4 architecture?

IT should work but you 'll have to try & tweak it until it works
It mostly works on arm
