Hi,
attached a patch which brings back more/most of the x264 settings of the QT settings dialog, which were previously disabled.
Parameters are just handed over to x264, no sanity-checking, etc. is done (don't know if needed with some flags).
Also, I changed the x264 default settings to match those x264 (at the moment).

Thx but it could be nice to give a short tutorial on how to install the diff into the files, also with exactly which version it is working with. I tried with tortoised but it does not reconised the folders...
