Stating the obvious - it is still down.
At sourceforge it says that the project is no longer under active development.
I take it this only refers to "avidemux-mswin" - was always a great source of windows installable binaries.
Pity it has gone.
Has this developer left the avidemux team or just taking siesta?

He's busy and does not work on avidemux at the moment
