Title: avi file by debut capture software not cut

Hi,
I find a avi created by debut capture software opened but the slider cannot be moved so I cannot cut it. Any solution? attached.\

Suggest you don't record in avi but try the mp4 container format.
It is handled by avidemux 2.5.6. Has only 2 cutting points here 0:00:00.200 (frame 6) and 0:00:01.266 (frame 38).

Thanks for the one who reply recently.
Debut capture software can auto split into multiple files when reaching a certain time limit so I have an alternative. But I find that the files after the first one cannot be read by my iDTV. So why is that? There are always a lot of file format problem faced with iDTV?

not sure I got question alright?
Load part 1 in avidemux then from keyboard [Ctrl][A] append 2nd part,  [Ctrl][A]  append following part and so on.
debut should be able to save as mp4, should not have these file limitations unless you're on fat 32 where could run in to some file size limitations unlike ntfs/ext3/et4/... .
