Title: [ SOLVED ] A simple question (I hope).

When I use Avidemux 2.5.4, I go to the "Video" options to the left of the screen and select the "MPEG-2 (mpeg2video)" codec, then I click on the "Configure" button, and one of the settings in the window that pops up says "GOP size". My (hopefully simple) question is this - What exactly does "GOP size" refer to?

More or less the same as # of frames between keyframes
