I'm rebuilding the buildBots, so there will be not nightly for a couple of days
The good part is not i can build both 32 and 64 bits for linux

On nightly: http://avidemux.org/nightly/ the last current build I see is windows: www, 32-bit, 64-bit, r9050 from 6 April 2014.

Just noticed only win32 and win64 r9052 are now present in nightly builds (jun 29 2014). Just in case... you want those.
